As we continue to fill our lives with more meaningful things, remember that we can all make each and every interaction an enjoyable one by being awesome!

These Community Guidelines are here to help us understand what it means to be part of our PreHugged Bazaar community.

Be nice! – We care about our community, and you should too. Being polite and respectful to one another has never been a bad idea. Ever.
Do what you would want others to do for you!

Please understand we are a multicultural country. There could be cultural differences in interactions, be mindful and respect that. Let’s strive for a peaceful and easy interaction in this PreHugged Bazaar community.

Here are a few basic etiquette rules that will make our PreHugged Bazaar community a healthier and more enjoyable space!

For everyone
β€’ Please treat each other with courtesy and respect.
β€’ No self-promotion via Private Chat. PreHugged Bazaar Service Team will be compelled to remove such Members from the community permanently and they will be unable to refund Membership fees.
β€’ All replies to Listings must be in connection to what the listing is offering. Replies regarding other commercial offers are not permitted.
β€’ Abusive replies are not permitted. Any replies containing hate speech or defamation are strictly prohibited.
β€’ Impersonating other users, including supplying fake phone numbers is not permitted, and those who are found to be doing so may lose the ability to use PreHugged Bazaar.
β€’ Any form of harassment, unwarranted comments, spamming and rudeness will not be tolerated and PreHugged Bazaar Service Team would be compelled to remove such members from the community immediately.
β€’ If you encounter any chats that violate our guidelines, please report them to us through our Report a Problem feature on our platform. Your vigilance helps maintain a secure and pleasant community.

Buyers
β€’ Please do not reply to listings with unsolicited opinions, comments, or judgements on the content of the listing or about the poster.
β€’ If after chatting with the Seller you genuinely changed your mind, please inform them immediately so they can move to the next person who has shown Interest in the product
β€’ Honour your commitments. Complete purchases within the agreed time-frame.

Sellers
β€’ Please disclose all defects in the item, if any, whether minor or major, to avoid unnecessary disappointments.
β€’ Treat others as you would like to be treated. For example, if both parties have already committed to a deal, it wouldn’t be nice to withdraw from it just because someone offered a better deal.
β€’ PreHugged Bazaar Service Team would be unable to get involved for no show / non-payment. Every deal on PreHugged Bazaar is considered a private agreement between seller and the buyer.

These guidelines may change from time to time based on everyone’s experience. PreHugged Bazaar Service Team are ALSO human πŸ™‹ and dynamic interactions evolve more rules, while trying to be fairer.
