How do I understand a Listing?
  • When you open a listing you will see few points which are explained below:
  • Images / photos uploaded by the seller, if any. You can click on the image for a larger view.
  • Title of the listing as stated by the seller
  • Date / time the listed was posted by the seller
  • Approximate location of the listed item as stated by the seller
  • Number of people who have viewed this listing
  • Listing Type – For Sale – Person wants to sell; Looking For – Person wants to buy
  • Category of this item
  • Item Condition as stated by the seller – Unused, Excellent Condition, Good Condition, Fairly Used. These are subjective in nature and the definition may vary from person to person.
  • Shipping as stated by the seller – Local pickup only (seller wants to transact within same city), Courier – Local (seller is fine with sending via courier in same city), Courier – All India (seller is fine with sending via courier all over India)
  • Description as stated by the seller
  • Features are some key points stated by the seller.
What are the different pricing options mentioned?
  • Seller has the option to state the below pricing options:
  • Price – Single amount – Seller has stated a single amount as selling price for this listing.
  • Price – Range – Seller has stated a range as selling price for this listing.
  • Price – Fixed – Seller is NOT open to negotiating the fixed price.
  • Price – Negotiable – Seller is open to negotiating the price.
  • Free Giveaway – Seller is giving away this item for free.

What do the Item Conditions mean?
  • The seller has selected from the below options with their related meaning. These are subjective in nature and the definition may vary from person to person.
  • Unused – Never used. May come with original packaging or tag.
  • Excellent Condition – As good as new. Used once or twice.
  • Good Condition – Used with care. Flaws, if any, are barely noticeable.
  • Fairly Used – Has obvious signs of use or defects.

What does Shipping mean?
  • The seller has selected from the below options with their related meaning:
  • Local pickup only – Seller is willing to sell only if you can pick up locally.
  • Courier – Local – Seller is willing to courier it within the same city.
  • Courier – All India – Seller is willing to courier it anywhere in India.
What is Add to Favourites button in a Listing?
  • The Add to Favourites feature allows you to keep your eye on listings that interest you.
  • You can use this button when you are logged in to shortlist the listing and keep looking at other listings.
  • Later you can view all your Favourites from PreHugged Bazaar My Account -> Favourites and check the listing again at leisure to decide to contact the seller.
How to remove Listings from Favourites?
  • If you are no longer interested in a listing that you marked as favourite, you can remove the same
  • After you have logged in, from Account Menu πŸ‘‰ select the ☰ Menu
  • Select Favourites and click on the down arrow button πŸ”» on the listing you wish to remove from this list.
  • From Action – click the button. You will see a pop-up asking – Are you sure? Click OK to proceed OR cancel to skip.
  • If you click OK, this Listing will be removed from your Favourites list.
I found something I like – what next?
  • So you’ve found that perfect something on PreHugged Bazaar? Here’s how to get it!
  • Click on the Listing. The specific listing will open with all details as mentioned by the seller.
  • Under Contact Information, please make note of the πŸ€—PreHugged Safety TipsπŸ€— mentioned here.
  • We also strongly urge you review the How to Stay Safe page as well as Community Guidelines
  • Click on Click to reveal phone number to get the WhatsApp number of the seller.
  • Click on this number to initiate a WhatsApp chat DIRECTLY with the seller. Your message will go to the seller as “Hi! I found your Listing on PreHugged Bazaar. I am interested in” with the listing name and link on PreHugged Bazaar.
  • Please complete this transaction directly with the seller. PreHugged Bazaar has no role in this transaction.

  • If after chatting with the Seller you genuinely changed your mind, please inform them immediately so they can move to the next person who has shown Interest in the product.
  • You need to pay the Seller directly either while collecting the product yourself or in advance if pickup will happen by a Third Party or any other method as mutually agreed between you.
  • If advance payment is not made for the Product, and you plan to do a self-pick-up it should be done ideally within 48 hours.
I am interested in an expensive item from an Outstation seller
When dealing with an outstation buyer for your expensive item, it’s important to ensure a secure and trustworthy transaction. Here are some suggestions.
  • Pay a 50% advance payment as a token of the your commitment.
  • Ask for a detailed video while packing the item to provide assurance to you.
  • Ask the seller to choose a reputed courier service with a tracking number for shipping.
  • After getting the tracking number from the seller, pay the remaining 50% payment.
  • As an alternative, consider a personal pickup where a trusted person from either side can facilitate the exchange.

How can verify the listing item?
  • As a buyer it is important to verify your product before making a purchase!
