Creating a listing on PreHugged Bazaar is very quick, easy, and can be done from anywhere. Remember – To keep PreHugged Bazaar affordable for all – WE CHARGE NO COMMISSION. What you sell is what you keep! All Ads are subject to meeting the Terms of Use and Prohibited Items Policy. First things first. Before you create your listing, make sure:
  • You have signed into your PreHugged Bazaar account with an active Membership plan and available listing quota.

How do I add a Listing?
    • After you have logged in, click on Add Listing button. You can see this button on top of the menu on any page.
    • You will also find this Add Listing button on top of your Dashboard in My Account, once you have logged in.
    • You will see count of Listings that you can add under your current Membership plan.
    • Select Category: Choose from the most appropriate category.

๐Ÿš€Pro Tip – Selecting the correct category helps in getting faster response as it will be easier to locate by others interested in the same category.

    • Title : This title helps your listing become more noticeable. Please try to make this title eye catching and descriptive.

๐Ÿš€Pro Tip – In our hurried lifestyle, we tend to skim lists. Eye catching titles will make us pause and read and maybe connect as well!

    • Pricing options available to you are:
      Price – Single amount – You are stating a single amount as selling price for this listing.
      Price – Range – You are stating a range as selling price for this listing.
      Price – Fixed – You are NOT open to negotiating the fixed price.
      Price – Negotiable – You are open to negotiating the price.
      Free Giveaway – You are giving away this item for free. Please confirm Item condition, shipping / pickup arrangements before you complete this transaction directly with the buyer. No Free Giveaway if you don’t mean them please! ๐Ÿ™

๐Ÿš€Pro Tip – Please keep a realistic pricing for your listing. Price your used items fairly so that buyers will want to buy them.

    • Item Condition: Select closest match from Unused, Excellent Condition, Good Condition, Fairly Used. Pro Tip – Please the most appropriate condition to avoid any disputes later. Item Condition in FAQ
    • Shipping : Please select your preference – Local pickup only (you want to transact within same city), Courier – Local (you are fine with sending via courier in same city), Courier – All India (you are fine with sending via courier all over India).

  • Description: Be detailed and accurate in your listing description. Please provide complete information such as item specification, size, shape, colour, design, etc. Do specify the condition of the product, such as if the product has any defects or flaws.
  • Features: (Good to know?) Please mention useful points in each line.
  • Images: Are not mandatory. You can upload up to 5 images. Do take photos of any defects/damages of the product so that buyers are fully aware of what they’re buying.
  • Location: Enter your pincode, your area & select closest option. Please do NOT mention your full address here for your privacy.
  • Agree to terms & conditions & Submit!
  • The PreHugged Bazaar Service Team shall review and approve this Listing within 48 working hours.
  • Once PreHugged Bazaar Service Team approves your Listing, you will get an email confirmation and your listing will now be visible to our audience – ALL Over India!๐ŸŽ‰
My Listing status shows Pending
  • Once you submit a new Listing, the status immediately shown as Pending.
  • The PreHugged Bazaar Service Team shall review and approve this Listing within 48 working hours.
  • Once PreHugged Bazaar Service Team approves your Listing, the status is changed to Published.
  • You will get an email confirmation and your listing will now be visible to our audience – ALL Over India! ๐ŸŽ‰
My Listing status shows Draft
  • When you Edit your Published Listing to make any changes, the status is immediately changed to Draft.
  • The PreHugged Bazaar Service Team shall review and approve this edited Listing within 48 working hours.
  • Once PreHugged Bazaar Service Team approves your Listing, the status is changed to Published.
  • You will get an email confirmation and your listing will now be visible to our audience – ALL Over India! ๐ŸŽ‰
Can I add multiple items in a single Listing?

No, at PreHugged Bazaar, we require each item to have its own listing. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

For Sellers:

  • Better Visibility: Each item gets its own spotlight.
  • Clear Communication: Direct and straightforward messages about your item.
  • Effective Selling: Buyers wonโ€™t miss your item if theyโ€™re searching for something specific.

For Buyers:

How do I know if someone is interested in my Listing?
  • Those interested in your Listing can contact you DIRECTLY by sending you a WhatsApp message as “Hi! I found your Listing on PreHugged Bazaar. I am interested in” with your listing name and link on PreHugged Bazaar.
  • You can conclude this transaction DIRECTLY based on your mutual agreement.
  • We request you to adhere to the Community Guidelines

How to ship the product?
  • PreHugged Bazaar is not involved in shipping the products between Buyer and Seller
  • You can choose Hyperlocal courier services, Self-pick-up / drop, India Post or Courier service to ship the product as mutually agreed with the buyer.
My Listing got sold – now what?
๐Ÿฅณ Congratulations! WE CHARGE NO COMMISSION. What you sell is what you keep!
  • We have an option to update a Listing with Mark as Sold. This removes your WhatsApp number from this listing so that you are NOT bothered by others asking for this item.
  • After you have logged in, from Account Menu ๐Ÿ‘‰ select the โ˜ฐ Menu Select My Listings and click on the down arrow button ๐Ÿ”ป on the listing you wish to edit.
  • From Action – click the Mark as sold button. Done!
  • This Listing will now show a Sold Out badge and your WhatsApp number will be removed from this listing so that you are NOT bothered by others asking for this item.
An outstation buyer is interested in my expensive listing
When dealing with an outstation buyer for your expensive item, itโ€™s important to ensure a secure and trustworthy transaction. Here are some suggestions.
  • Request a 50% advance payment as a token of the buyerโ€™s commitment.
  • Make a detailed video while packing the item to provide assurance to the buyer.
  • Choose a reputed courier service with a tracking number for shipping.
  • After sharing the tracking number, ask for the remaining 50% payment.
  • As an alternative, consider a personal pickup where a trusted person from either side can facilitate the exchange.

How do I edit a Listing?
  • After you have logged in, from Account Menu ๐Ÿ‘‰ select the โ˜ฐ Menu
  • Select My Listings and click on the down arrow button ๐Ÿ”ป on the listing you wish to edit
  • From Action – click the Edit button
  • Make the changes you wish to make and Submit!
  • The PreHugged Bazaar Service Team shall review and approve this edited Listing within 48 working hours.
  • Once PreHugged Bazaar Service Team approves your edited Listing, you will get an email confirmation and your edited listing will now be visible to our audience – ALL Over India! ๐ŸŽ‰
My Listing incorrectly Marked as sold – now what?
Oops! ๐Ÿ™ˆ It happens. We understand!
  • We have an option to update a sold Listing with Mark as unsold.
  • After you have logged in, from Account Menu ๐Ÿ‘‰ select the โ˜ฐ Menu
  • Select My Listings and click on the down arrow button ๐Ÿ”ป on the listing you wish to edit.
  • From Action – click the Mark as unsold button.
  • This Listing will now remove the Sold Out badge and your WhatsApp number will be shown from this listing for others to contact you.
Can I delete my Listing?
  • Once you post a listing on PreHugged Bazaar, you cannot delete it.
  • You have the option to Mark as Sold.
How long do Listings stay active after being posted?
  • Listings stay live on the PreHugged Bazaar for 30 days after which they expire automatically and are no longer displayed on PreHugged Bazaar.
  • You can extend your Listing duration by renewing your Listing after its expiry. See steps below.
My Listing expired – now what?
    • Listings stay live on the PreHugged Bazaar for 30 days after which they expire automatically and are no longer displayed on PreHugged Bazaar.
    • You can extend your Listing duration by renewing your Listing after its expiry. Please note – this will reduce your Remaining Ads count by 1 for each Expired Listing that you renew.
    • After you have logged in, from Account Menu ๐Ÿ‘‰ select the โ˜ฐ Menu
    • Select My Listings and click on the down arrow button ๐Ÿ”ป on the listing which has expired.
    • From Action – click the Renew button. You will see a pop-up asking – Are you sure? Click OK to proceed OR cancel to skip.
    • If you click OK, you will get an email confirmation and your edited listing will now be visible to our audience – ALL Over India! ๐ŸŽ‰
