• Strict Prohibitions: The following items are strictly prohibited from being listed:
• Counterfeit or unauthorized replica goods.
• Items that infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Used personal hygiene items.
• Substances and items restricted by law, including but not limited to drugs, alcohol, and hazardous materials.
• Any part of or related to human remains.
• Items that could offend religious sentiments.
• Antiquities and art treasures in violation of the law.
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Explosives, identity documents, lottery tickets, and military insignia.
• Pyramid schemes, spam, and fraudulent listings.
• Listings in incorrect categories or locations.
• Items that violate any current laws or impersonate others.
• Content that threatens national security or public order.
• Ivory products and work-from-home job listings.

Consequences of Policy Violation

Enforcement Actions: Violating our policy may result in:
1. Removal of the listing.
2. Membership suspension or termination.
3. Permanent site access restriction.
4. Legal reporting to authorities.
5. Actions in line with our Terms of Service.
